“There is nothing that wastes the body like worry, and one who has any faith in God should be ashamed to worry about anything whatsoever.” I like this Quote, it makes sense to me. It is basically saying if you have any faith in God you shouldn't worry because the faith you have should be he has your very best interest in mind and wouldn't let anything that you can't handle happen to you. So you don't have to worry if you believe in god because god will take care of you. Also if you worry it is just going to stress out your body.
